My aim was not specifically to transition into the insurance industry, but rather to secure a role in customer service, whether it involves external or internal customers. Through engaging in Workflow Tutor courses and weekly one-on-one sessions with Veronica, I have significantly enhanced my understanding of the specific requirements essential for efficiently performing my duties as an Accountant Coordinator, thereby supporting my team effectively. After working in Transportation/ Logistics for over 20 years, I started to lose the joy I once had. I decided to look for other opportunities and after much research I chose to transition to the insurance industry. I found out about Workflow Tutor, but I was a little hesitant because most insurance courses seem to be a quick 40 hr course and a test. Her vast knowledge and resources are exceptional. Having no clue, I was a little intimidated by this industry.
